We are looking for a People and Culture Intern to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, payroll support, and employee lifecycle processes while working closely with a dynamic team in Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily people operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, offboarding, and basic HR administration)
Assist the hiring process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates
Help ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date (employee files, templates, trackers)
