We’re introducing a new role within People – a People Advisor – to harness systems and AI to develop and improve how we manage employee relations cases, gain casework insights, and proactively support the business to better lead their teams.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has the curiosity to maximize the use of technology integration for better ways of working, and has experience handling multiple ER cases on an international remit.
