Job Description
The BPM development chapter is an exciting team to build innovative BPM solutions that accelerate the digital transformation in the company. The primary technology in use is PEGA and other emerging technologies, like Camunda. As a PEGA BPM developer, your main responsibility is to work with the Tech Lead to design and build high‐profile workflow applications with quality and speed. You are also expected to adopt an agile mindset, implement DevOps practices to enable faster delivery cycles, and participate in the BPM chapter meetings to contribute to best practices. What will you do?
Participate in lab discussions to understand and contribute to business requirements. Assist the Tech Lead with application design and independently take on the design of subcomponents. Develop PEGA solutions that fulfill requirements and comply with PEGA best practices, and write unit tests to ensure quality. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects independ...
