PEGA Solutions Specialist (Colombia)

We are looking for a Pega Solution Specialist to join our Integral Fraud Technology team in Bogotá, supporting the Pega Smart Disputes platform. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality Pega solutions that support fraud and dispute management initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of Pega-based solutions, following best practices and Pega guardrails.
• Support project delivery across all phases, from requirements gathering and design to post-production support.
• Act as a technical contributor within an Agile development team, participating in daily stand‑ups, estimations, demos, and reviews.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best use of Pega tools and capabilities.
