Pega Platform Architect – Enterprise Solutions Lead

Roche is seeking an experienced Lead System Architect (LSA) for Platform Architecture focused on Pega within the Workflow Automation team. You will serve as the technical authority, define enterprise class structure, govern the DPA ecosystem, and ensure reuse, scalability and performance across solutions.
You will mentor Senior System Architects, collaborate with the Product Owner on the DPA roadmap, oversee security & compliance, and drive CI/CD and automated testing strategies for the platform
