As the Lead System Architect (LSA) - Platform Architect, you will serve as the highest technical authority for the Pega Platform within the Workflow Automation team. In this strategic role, you define the enterprise class structure, lead the technical governance of the Digital Process Automation (DPA) ecosystem, and ensure all automation solutions are built for maximum reuse, scalability, and performance. You act as the primary technical consultant for the Product Owner and business stakeholders, transforming high-level business visions into robust, future-proof architectural blueprints. Define and enforce the Pega Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) and foundational architectural layers.
