We're hiring on behalf of an early-stage healthcare technology company building solutions for medical workflows. This is a high-trust, high-access role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership without being micromanaged. You'll be the CEO's right hand — keeping the inbox and calendar under control, maintaining HubSpot, tracking deals and trial accounts through the pipeline, and following up with clients post-demo to drive conversions. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for inbound support and accounts in trial or onboarding.
