PCBA Process Engineer: SMT/PTH & Six Sigma Troubleshooter

Flex is seeking a Test Engineer in Aguascalientes to implement and maintain cost‑effective testing and troubleshooting for production lines. You will work with systems, software, and equipment to ensure quality and reliability on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, advanced English, PCB process knowledge (SMT & PTH), strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, and familiarity with Minitab and Six Sigma. Office software proficiency is required.
