Flex is seeking an Operations Engineering Manager to be responsible for the set-up and operation of wave solder machines in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role includes managing staffing levels, supervising production staff, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent experience, along with comprehensive knowledge of PCBA processes and expertise in wave soldering.
