  • Lead and oversee the full-cycle payroll, pension, and benefits operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing, reconciliations, reporting, and statutory remittances.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of multiple payroll professionals by setting daily priorities, assigning work, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and institutional payroll regulations, policies, and internal controls by overseeing audits, regulatory reporting, pension obligations, and payroll reconciliations.
