Payroll & T&A Specialist — Elevate Global Payroll

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of HR Operation - Payroll Specialist based in Malaysia, Selangor. This position entails providing payroll and Time and Attendance services to Greater Asia associates. Responsibilities include managing customer expectations, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing, and participating in compliance audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in HR Shared Service or payroll outsourcing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory, alongside excellent communication skills in Chinese.
