Position Summary
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and payroll audits. The Payroll Manager will supervise the payroll team and manage all processes relating to time and attendance and payroll system. The position requires extensive knowledge in payroll regulations, strong acumen in payroll software systems preferably with TRESS or any related payroll systems. With excellent organizational and leadership skills. Overall, Payroll Manager oversees Mexico payroll process. This includes ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time and handling government statutory remittances, payroll taxes and other related tasks. Must be well‑versed in payroll audits and payroll regulatory requirements related to payroll management.
