Future Electronics is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to handle payroll for US and Canadian employees. Optimize payroll systems and ensure compliance with every process.
In this role, you will leverage your 3–5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a mid-to-large organization. Responsibilities include processing payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with CRA and IRS regulations, and aiding in year-end activities. Strong Excel skills and previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll are preferred for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile payroll for diverse employee types
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial/state payroll regulations
• Support year-end reporting and audits, including T4s
• Maintain accurate data across payroll and benefits systems
