Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Specialist will be a member of the global corporate payroll team.
In support of the payroll group, you will provide payroll processing support and customer service resolution of related issues to AMETEK businesses throughout Mexico.How You Will Make An ImpactProcess weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for various AMETEK business pay groupsAnalyze, prepare, and import all payroll data from divisions into ADP EV5, including bonuses, restricted stock, etc.Validate and prepare off-cycle manual check requestsPrepare and process quarter and year-end adjustmentsAssist in documenting all payroll processes and proceduresProcess employee direct deposits and tax withholding changesProcess, run and distribute workers compensation reportPrepare Total Pay, Tax and/or WGPS weekly funding sheetReview year end records and reportsWhat You Will Bring To The RoleUndergraduate college/university degree required; FPC or CPP certifications desiredMinimum 3-5 ...
