We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payroll Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Give expert advice on Human Resources Systems and ensure that resolutions are accurately and timely answered
- Analyze, investigate and research various cases with respect to their Human Resources function
- Coordinate with Human Resources Executives to further validate gathered facts to ensure accurate response
- Acts as main point of contact for Human Resources inquiries, issues, disputes, requests requiring investigation and resolution
- Receives inquiries from MyHR Helpdesk, requiring investigation and resolution
- Interprets Human Resources related policies in accordance with established internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations
