As our new Payroll Specialist, you will be the trusted expert ensuring thousands of our employees across the U.S. and Canada are paid accurately and on time, every single pay cycle. What You’ll Be Doing- Own the end-to-end payroll process for our ~5,200 employees in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate delivery as part of a collaborative team.
- Act as a key investigator for payroll inquiries, using ServiceNow to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues at their source.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and managers across North America to validate data, troubleshoot variances in UKG, and resolve escalations effectively.
