We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to assist in processing payroll for our employees in Canada and the US . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, and assist with various payroll-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle payroll processing for both U.S. and Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now and Power Pay, including new hires, terminations, and leave administration.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of year-end payroll activities, including T4s, T2200, W-2s, 1099, 1095 and year end statutory filings (e.g., WSIB, EHT, )
