Payroll Specialist (Isla Guadalupe)

Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operations of STERIS payroll processing team as well as managing special projects such as acquisition integrations, system upgrades, and process, policy and procedure changes.
This role oversees the workflow, systems, processes, and direct reports that are responsible for processing payroll for all employees in Mexico.
The supervisor is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of payment of wages to Employees, withholding taxes for Federal, State, and Local taxing authorities, and that the payment of nontax withheld amounts to the applicable payees occurs timely.
Requires the ability to plan, assess, and organize multiple tasks, people, and projects to deliver successful results.
