Payroll Specialist: End-to-End Processing (Workday/ADP)

Capgemini Engineering in Bogotá seeks a Payroll Specialist to join our global engineering services team. You will manage payroll data, ensure accurate processing, and support employees’ compensation and deductions across multiple programs.

You will work with Workday and ADP, ensure compliance with US federal and state tax rules, perform payroll audits and generate reports for allocations and billing. Strong organization and communication are essential.
