Responsibilities- Support the Business Group's teams by managing Payroll’s definitions / codes, scheduling, tax and deduction definitions to ensure accurate payroll runs
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and Global Mobility representatives to ensure alignment on data quality standards and secure consistent payroll outcomes
- Support Payroll policy / process / learning material creation, and maintain the knowledge management system, ensuring all content is relevant and up to date
- Extract and manage employee information to complete various internal reports according to the needs of the Business Groups.
- Perform pre-payroll and production activities to process Payroll
