Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll, timekeeping, statutory compliance, employee compensation, and payroll reporting. The role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll, including earnings, deductions, allowances, incentives, adjustments, and payslip generation.
- Administer and audit employee timekeeping, attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll inputs.
