Responsibilities
- Execute the payroll process for all Mexico entities (hourly and salaried), manual check calculation
- Manage relationships with local payroll providers and government entities such as SAT, IMSS, etc.
- Support Payroll Manager in movements employee related in IDSE and SUA
- Execute hiring process before the IMSS and other government agencies
- Calculations and compliance with employer obligations
- Ensure an accurate and timely payroll calculation, employee payments, PTU calculation, INFONAVIT/FONACOT, time tracking/overtime calculation, shadow payroll, payroll taxes, pension plan, statutory and supplemental benefits, vacations days, vacation premium, christmas bonus and all payroll calculation related topics
- Federal/state/local tax reconciliations supporting Payroll Manager
