Payroll SME & Process Improvement Lead

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Country X Payroll SME to help ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll processing for Mexico. You will manage critical tickets, escalate issues, and support process improvements while training team members and maintaining documentation.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT, ensure SLA adherence, conduct audits, and help standardize payroll processes at the Mexico City office.
