Payroll operations coordinator

Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our global HCM practice. Our client has an immediate need to temporarily backfill their MX City-based Payroll Operations Manager position while this employee takes on an internal transformation project.

Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
No payroll processing will be required
Provide oversight, escalation, stakeholder management, signoff, etc

Mexico payroll specialist with a deep understanding of MX payroll governance, laws, and regulations
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and 12-month duration, with the possibility of extending for another 6-months.
