Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Supervise and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
- Time and Attendance: Review and validate timesheets, leave applications, and timekeeping data for accurate payroll runs.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely remittance and reporting of government-mandated contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG in the Philippines) and monitor adherence to labor laws.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate payroll records, keep the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) updated, and ensure strict confidentiality.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, taxation, and benefit enrollments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments for smooth payroll processing, data validation, and year-end audits.
