Our client, a leading company in healthcare services, is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to cover a 12 month term, working in their busy payrolling department.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, your duties will include;
Duties
- Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database with updates/changes and employee records for new hires, pay changes, and terminations.
- Review timesheets and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll process and operations.
- Ensures the timely processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll, including liabilities such as workers compensation, PAYG and superannuation payment.
- Responsible for overseeing the calculating and processing of pay increases, back pays and termination payments.
