Our client is looking for a strategic yet technically hands-on Senior Manager, Payroll to lead their comprehensive national payroll department. Overseeing a structured team of 15 personnel (including 4 Team Leads and a dedicated squad of Administrators), this role is ultimately accountable for the flawless execution of in-house weekly unionized and bi-weekly salaried payrolls for over 5,000 employees nationwide.
This high-impact leadership position requires an expert communicator capable of navigating complex stakeholder management, building long-term corporate relationships, and driving operational excellence across diverse union frameworks in every Canadian province.
