- Leading and developing a high-performing payroll team driving performance and accountability
- Ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery and strict adherence to legislation and company policies
- Reviewing and auditing payroll data to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Managing payroll systems, including enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation
- Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Preparing and reviewing payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions
- Handling payroll queries efficiently and supporting internal and external audit processes
- Managing and resolving KRONOS-related queries with managers and employees
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ payroll management experience in a high-volume environment
