Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll and billing processing
- Remain actively involved in payroll processing, especially for:
- Complex cases
- Peak periods / team capacity gaps
- Validate payroll inputs (salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions)
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll output and billing submission
- Perform and review payroll & billing reconciliation
