Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in multiple European Countries

Ensure compliance with all external governmental regulations and internal policies in improving strong internal controls

Leading a team of 3 employees and work closely with external payroll provider

Collaboration with internal payroll relevant departments and stakeholders

Streamline processes while allowing flexibility for specific local mandatory requirements and drive consistent process improvement

Ensure compliance of Payroll Accounting by US and local Gaap

Pension plan and company cars Management

Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations.

Support stat. FY close for payroll relevant information

Qualification

Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines incl. high commitment to keep deadlines
