We are seeking a Payroll Manager to own and scale our global payroll function across a multi-entity, multi-country organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll operations while serving as the system owner for Deel, which functions as our primary HRIS, payroll, and EOR platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-minded, and experienced operating payroll in a global environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll while building scalable processes, strengthening internal controls, and supporting multi-entity financial reporting.
This is a Hybrid position in our Atlanta OR Barcelona office.
