Payroll Lead(SAP HCM)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead to lead the migration and transformation of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions within an enterprise HR landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and Singapore Payroll, along with experience integrating with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and supporting strategic HR transformation initiatives.

The role will be responsible for leading payroll and time management design, managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, advising on future-state HR architecture, and driving end-to-end delivery through implementation, cutover, and hyper-care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lift-and-shift migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.
