**Education Level & Work Experience**
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field
5+ years of experience in payroll processes
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Supervises and coordinates the activities of assistants who are involved in the calculation and payment of payroll.
2. Responsible for ensuring that the payroll system is carried out in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Supervises the calculation of wages and salaries, verifying that overtime, vacation and Sunday bonuses are included, as well as the various bonuses.
4. Coordinates the preparation of various bi weekly and annual income and tax reports, as the well annual calculation of the reports of profits, vacations, and Christmas bonuses.
