Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business platforms.
• Drive functional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.
