The Talent Programs team seeks a Temporary full-time Payroll & Human Resources Representative to support employee HR policy guidance, pay and benefits, and HRIS data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for HR policy and procedure inquiries, as well as for collective agreement pay and quota issues.
- Apply complex procedural rules to employee lifecycle changes: hiring, internal movements, leave, return to work, layoff/recall, termination, and retirement.
