Job Overview
Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We’re looking for an intern to:
- support onboarding processes, including review and validation of hiring documentation
- assist with employee data entry and maintenance in payroll systems (e.g., ADP)
- support time and attendance control for interns and apprentices
- provide administrative support and employee inquiries
- assist with occupational health processes (e.g., scheduling medical exams)
- organize documentation related to HR administrative and labor processes
