Payroll Governance Analyst - Systems

This is a key role within a complex, high-volume payroll environment, supporting the governance, compliance, and systems integrity of payroll operations across the organisation. As the Payroll Governance Analyst – Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, award and enterprise agreement compliance, and robust system configuration across multiple workforce groups. You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks, reduce risk, and support continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes. This role offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with detail-rich data, and contributing to meaningful improvements in payroll compliance and system capability.
