The Position
A well-established construction organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role owning payroll and supporting accounts, and works closely with senior management to ensure the smooth financial and administrative operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of weekly payroll for salaried employees and site-based work workforce (approx 80 employees);
- Interpret and work with EBAs and Awards within MYOB;
- Manage all statutory lodgements, compliance and reporting obligations;
