In this role, you will be tasked with processing payroll bi-weekly and quarterly while maintaining accurate employee records. Your proficiency in payroll regulations will ensure compliance with federal and provincial laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct bi-weekly and quarterly payroll processing with ADP
• Handle new hire and termination processes through ADP
• Ensure Employee Records of Employment are prepared properly
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from staff
• Complete additional payroll tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Active PCP certificate or pursuit of certification
• Experience with QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now
