- Process the full monthly payroll cycle accurately and ensure timely salary payments for employees.
- Update payroll records for new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, leave, overtime, and final salary payments.
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS, and government-paid leave claims.
- Maintain and update HRIS, attendance, and leave management systems to support accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and documentation for management, Finance, and audit purposes.
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries and ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
