Payroll DPS Senior Supervisor

Position Summary

The Payroll Senior Team Lead will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for designated countries, ensuring adherence to global standards, statutory requirements, internal controls, and service‑level commitments. This role serves as the first level of payroll leadership, accountable for daily execution, team performance, service quality, and compliance. It leads and provides guidance to a team of analysts and senior analysts in delivering payroll operations, projects, and/or audits, while partnering with third‑party vendors to maintain processes that support payroll administration.
