Responsibilities- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Perform full-cycle processing and data entry for all payrolls meeting deadlines using multiple payroll platforms including Kronos Software for time, attendance and scheduling.
- Checking all vacation requests through ADP.
- Management of workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Ability to investigate and correct any payroll errors.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding questions related to payroll.
- Work closely with various Human Resources (HR) departments to ensure the timely processing of new hires, change requests, transfers, promotions, terminations and deductions.
