Role Overview
The Data Lead is responsible for data conversion, extraction, transformation, validation, and sign off activities for payroll and time & attendance (WFM) systems. This role requires a highly organized, detail driven professional who can coordinate across divisions, resolve data issues, and deliver accurate, production ready data to Dayforce (or equivalent systems).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data extraction from legacy systems and validate divisional data requirements.
- Build and execute data transformation logic for Dayforce load templates.
- Review and sign off on payroll and WFM data mappings and functional documents.
