About this position

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This full‑time, permanent position is based at our office in North Vancouver and will report to the Senior Payroll Lead.
Responsibilities & Activities
- Administer & maintain the electronic timekeeping system, including employee set‑up, updates, and terminations.
- Accurately enter and validate hours worked from timesheets for bi‑weekly payroll processing.
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for BC and Quebec employees, including regular and special earnings, adjustments, and final pay.
