The Payroll & HRIS Coordinator works closely with the Payroll Manager, guaranteeing precise semi-monthly payroll processing. You will manage compliance with various regulations while optimizing payroll systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Liaise with agencies to maintain tax accounts
• Execute year-end reporting including T4s and W-2s
• Maintain ad hoc reports and dashboards with the Manager
• Conduct data audits to ensure integrity within UKG
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of payroll experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll
• Exposure to UKG (UltiPro) is preferred
