The Payroll & HRIS Coordinator works closely with the Payroll Manager, guaranteeing precise semi-monthly payroll processing. You will manage compliance with various regulations while optimizing payroll systems. Ideal candidates exhibit attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with UKG reporting and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Liaise with agencies to maintain tax accounts
• Execute year-end reporting including T4s and W-2s
• Maintain ad hoc reports and dashboards with the Manager
• Conduct data audits to ensure integrity within UKG
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of payroll experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll
• Exposure to UKG (UltiPro) is preferred
