Responsibilities
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy Support (50%) - Accountable for reviewing all HR legislative requirements and ensuring compliance with all statutes and regulations.
- Supports the development and implementation of the client’s compensation and benefits strategy, policies and processes.
- Assists in the analysis and review of current compensation programs and processes, and the development of new programs by researching market trends, analyzing competitive compensation survey data, conducting plan modeling and making recommendations for program changes.
- Coordinates and supports compensation and benefits related special projects.
- Supports the transition of HR strategy and policies into practical and effective compensation and benefit solutions, including communications and system changes.
