Payroll & Benefits Specialist (SAP)

BYD MÉXICO is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll administration and manage employee benefits for our workforce in Mexico.

The role requires 2–4 years in payroll and benefits, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent English to liaise with global teams. You will handle pre-payroll, incidents, records, and coordination with external providers, supporting audits and compliance.
