About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll administration and employee benefits processes while ensuring full compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
- Calculate payroll taxes, deductions, bonuses, commissions, severance payments, and other compensation components.
- Manage payroll incidents, including absences, vacations, overtime, disabilities, employee registrations, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax regulations, and social security obligations.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, accounting provisions, and payroll-related accruals.
