About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll administration and employee benefits processes while ensuring full compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations. Key Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll accurately and within established deadlines. Calculate payroll taxes, deductions, bonuses, commissions, severance payments, and other compensation components. Manage payroll incidents, including absences, vacations, overtime, disabilities, employee registrations, and terminations. Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax regulations, and social security obligations. Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, accounting provisions, and payroll-related accruals.
