Payroll Associate / Senior Associate (Contract)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll Associate / Senior Associate to manage manpower expenditure (EOM) related to research grants and support payroll operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all manpower expenditure (EOM)-related grant activities, liaising with both external stakeholders (grantors and appointed auditors) and internal stakeholders (Finance, Office of Research, and Principal Investigators).

• Ensure timely and accurate submission and auditing.
• Reconcile EOM postings and resolve outstanding charges.
• Provide support for EOM simulations, grant switches and other grant related matters.
